Hi Peter and Max,

Use Zinc and Copper.These are easy to get (McMaster-Carr Supply Co has the : Part No. 8963K36is a 12 inch square sheet of .032 inch thick sheet) You should be able to get the zinc through them if you ask or go through a chemical supply house.

This should work very well with lemons
