Is there a local engineering school in need of a quicky final project?
(probably too late, but it couldn't hurt to ask)  I like the inflatable
idea the best.  The year the Phillies went to the World Series, they put
a giant Phillies cap on the Ben Franklin statue atop Philadelphia City
Hall.  They used a crane to erect it, and I think the hat was a metal
armature covered with some kind of tough fabric.

Dave, who thinks that having Jonah tell the story of the whale is worthy
of news coverage, even without a hat
