Actually... I HAD seen "hands-on, minds-on, hearts-on" as early as 1995 or
96, when my now defunct consulting company was trying to come up with a name for
a new program in change management. One of the associates ran a search and
found it was being used by a creationist ministry, and so because of both its
prior use and the religious association, we elected not to use it. A good idea
is a good idea, and there's little new under the sun.
