Garlic has been indirectly demonstrated to impart flavor to human milk when ingested by mother some time in advance. (A panel of adults identified garlic milk by smell alone; accuracy and reliability were very high.)   Babies liked the garlic-flavored milk.  I know that Indian spices make urine smell delightful, haven't checked on milk.  But there was a lovely article a couple of years ago in the Danish publication for their birth and breastfeeding activist organization, by a father, on his role in presenting the family diet to its newest member.  He carefully and thoughtfully composed meals for his breastfeeding partner, enjoying the notion that her milk would transmit his cooking signature to the baby before baby ever got near a spoonful of mashed anything.  Just another aspect in which breastmilk again outclasses factory knock-offs!
