The internet has been a great way for me to reunite with my medschool friends. My roommate in medschool is expecting her third baby in April. She nursed her first son for 5 months and he lost interest before she was ready to wean. Her daughter nursed for 10 months with just drops coming out. "at that time my buccal fat pads dissappeared, my butt did not fill out size 2 pants although my waist was a comfortable size 6. My mom thought I looked ill" she wrote to me. She gave me permission to ask what everyone had to say about her maintaining wt. while nursing. At the beginning of her third pregnancy she is only slightly satisfied with her wt. I understand she had much stress with finishing her dermatology residency and starting practice. The third baby will have the advantage of not as much stress. Please help with ways she can optimize her weight and nutrition. I have already suggested Adult nutritional supplements{ which happen to be made by formula companies.} If she will be working don't come home hungry. Could someone else be assigned to cooking? Eat her favorite desserts and eat frequently.Take MVI drink plenty of juice , water, and whole milk. Please email me privatly as well as to the list as appropriate. . > >> > DENISE PUNGER M.D.[who despite tandem nursing two >husky toddlers can not imagine what it would be like to loose weight] > >> > >> > > >> > http://doctor.medscape.com/denisepungermd > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > ______________________________________________________ > >> > Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com > > > > > > > > Please excuse typing errors.
