Not sure if I missed the original thread. Are the pumps being returned used? Returned b/c they don't work? Maybe try sending them back to the manufacturer instead of the store. Say it is "defective." Maybe suggest that moms buy these w/ a credit card, if they have one. I find it is easier to return something lousy, as the credit card co. usually will remove the charge if you write a nice, convincing letter and show you have tried to resolve it w/ the original seller.
