Greetings. I have been reading Lactnet for about two weeks and finally am brave enough to attempt to post. I really appreciated Deanne Frances's note. As a nurse and LC, I often feel that we are not realistic in what we expect mothers to want to do. In an imperfect world, many women choose medication and practices that will potentially hinder breastfeeding. One reason I use more pumps than I thought I ever would is to stimulate supply in women with sleepy babies. I believe I need to offer my best to women in spite of some of their choices. We all have much to learn from one another. Thanks, Judi Hall *********************************************** The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(TM) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
