Cynthia, I too have often seen women with 'incorrect' looking positioning who are just feeding happily and, of course I don't then do anything. In my post I was talking about the women who come because something is not right for them. Hope this clarifies my thinking. Then we would have a firmer basis for knowing about the interventions we give on poistioning.
