I think we need to be very careful about coming down on LLLLs for being
who they are and advocating (by example) what they believe in. If a mom
feels "uncomfortable" about it....maybe she is experiencing her own
insecurities about decisions she has made.

I have to take this stand. As a nurse and a breastfeeding advocate I
have too often been told not to mention breastfeeding, not to wear
buttons....because it might make bottle feeders feel "funny", or
"guilty", or "uncomfortable". I finally had to ask, "why does it?" I
don't feel funny when I see someone giving ABM, or birthing by elective
C/S, or ......(the list goes on.)

Guilt is a symptom of insecurity.
