As for bromocryptine (Parladol), I'd worry about use in Mums, unless there were very, very good reason, because of the high rate of side effects. There have been deaths in the USA, and a report in the lit. of a death in Australia (from heart attack). Older men who risk serious side effects on Viagra have at least had many years of life and are unlikely to have infant children to rear, sad though any unnecessary death is.
