I find it interesting that people are concluding from the letter in
NEJM--in spite of what the authors themselves state!, by the way--that now
they will not encourage mothers to breastfeed if they are smoking.  Don't
they have it backward?

Since when should they be accepting of women who smoke?  All women deserve
to be encouraged/supported in breastfeeding their babies.  The authors do
not say DON't breastfeed; they say DON't SMOKE!

People who mis-interpret what they said should be asked why they are not
following the authors' lead in their outcome conclusions...... arghhh
