Lactnet. Your posts are very informative, sometimes humorous (like Dr.
Mimi's "nasty sequelae - aka death") and always appreciated. Thanks for
teaching.

My community is steadily but surely improving in its BF-friendliness. We
all need to be as patient with the docs in our communities as the Lactnet
docs are with Lactnetters.  I'd like to think my long, "teaching" reports
to primary care providers have made a difference.
