I received a copy of "Country Health" magazine yesterday and was initially delighted to see an article about breastfeeding(although it wasn't mentioned on the front cover). "Country Health" is published in Canada and is distributed nationally across Canada and Washington State. Dr. Ruth Lawrence was frequently quoted but the AAP recommendations were not accurate(maybe it was written before the new guidelines came out?). It is a four page article written by Rebecca Williams. It seems that I have seen her name on Lactnet before but I can't remember the context. If anyone knows an e-mail address for her I would appreciate having it, the article starts out strong but runs into some inaccuracies under the heading "Possible Problems". Has anyone else out there seen this article? It appears in the Nov./Dec. 1997 issue. Thanks. Nola (North of 60) where it was -37.C (-30.F) yesterday but warmed to -16.C today.
