Not only are we renting expensive pumps, but then are feeding the babies using a special bottle because (name the brand) it is more like the breast, and we won't possibly get nipple preference/confusion from THIS one. (The next LC that finds a lady with either silicone or latex nipples and areola gets a free registration from me to the conference of her choice.....) Then, of course, there is the LC that talked to a lady with sore nipples and mastitis. She rented her a pump and told her to pump for a week, and then come in and see her for an evaluation. A WEEK!!! And use the (whatever) bottle because it doesn't cause any problems. ARGHHHHH!!!! Jan B. Wheaton, IL
