Frank, I do believe the Annals of Improbable Research is the successor to
the tongue-firmly-in-cheek "Journal of Irreproducible Results."  This is
probably a picture of a baby spitting/spraying milk/food in its mother's
face.  Supposed to be a joke.

If anyone actually sees this, let us know.
