Re:     Lodoxamide (Alomide) drops

Lodoxamide is a typical mast cell stabilizer used for opthalmic allergies.  As
such its oral bioavailability is poor.  After ophthalmic dosing QID for 10
days,  none was detectible ( < 2.5 ng/mL) in the plasma of the
treated individuals,  hence breastmilk levels would be low to none.
