I've always believed in keeping it simple.  Therefore, my cabbage
preparation method is also simple.  I just take a bowl and fill it up with
HOT water, place a couple of cabbage leaves in the water and let it sit
until the cabbage leaf becomes soft but not limp (this usually takes about 5
minutes or so).  That's it, that's all there is to it.
