I've found the easiest thing to do is highlight whatever post or bit of
information I want, then hit reply (or forward, either works), put in a new
topic, address it to myself, and voila, next time the mail comes, I have just
that bit to myself.  Then I can save or print or whatever.  For what it is
worth, I have saved almost all of our dear Tom Hale's posts on drugs....  but
lots of other goodies too.

Now, if I would only organize the files by topic instead of under "lactnet"
I'd really be doing well.  Of course, since I organize articles under
"articles" instead of topic, I guess I can't expect too much yet.
 Someday.....
