Sorry, you've been had. "Good Times" is a hoax -computer viruses don't
work like that (they have to be executeable files, not text based
emails), but this warning message has been around for a couple of years
now so many think it's the warning message itself that is a kind of
virus which has the effect of making people paranoid about reading
emails and causing them to spread the paranoia to all their friends.

Don't worry, I was caught out by it to when I was a "newbie".
