FROM: Sturgess, Frances Coulter TO:[log in to unmask] SUBJECT: nutrition/lactation/vegetarian advice DATE: 11-22-96 14:37 EST PRIORITY: While books/cookbooks etc are very helpful, often if a mom needs advice specific to her condition/lifestyle it can be difficult/time consuming for her to wade through printed matter to find what she needs (indexes don't always help). Pamphlets may be too brief. A good counseling/troubleshooting session with a Registered Dietitian involving nutrition lifestyle/habits/desires would be my recommendation. (Sort of like reading about breastfeeding vs talking with a lactation expert).
