Dany asks: <<< It still does not explain why a person with lactose
intolerance could drink goat's milk. Would anyone like to explain
this?>>>

Probably because lactose intolerance is one of the most
overdiagnosed conditions we have today - largely a result of the
formula company promotion of lactose as a real nasty that causes
"common feeding problems" (I quote a brochure for a soy formula). I
bet people with supposed lactose intolerance who do better on goats
milk are actually cow-milk protein intolerant.
