As far as hurting the hospital's budget - they could charge the patient for
the formula as they do with averything else (breast pads, pumps).  Maybe moms
would leave the hospital with a more realistic idea of what formula feeding
is all about - money.  As far as the community being up in arms; they can
still send for their free coupons in the mail, right?
Mothers should leave the hospital knowing that formula feeding comes eith a
price tag.
