I was hoping Dr. Parrilla would answer what we use in Puerto Rico -
We have used "futbol" and "sandia' (watermelon). However, I think it would be
best to describe it, as usually when I use either of these terms I am either in
front of an audience with a slide showing what I mean or a stuffed animal
showing the position myself.

As with most of you, the baby's position varies so much with the "football hold"
- everything from the baby lying down practically on his/her back, to the baby
in a sitting position (which is the position I tend to use in NICU and with my
"tongue thrusters").
