Barbara Wilson-Clay, you have coined a priceless term - "Share friendly." Right on! Many times the information is accepted or rejected because of how it's presented. I know, I know that the information itself is sometimes the bone of contention, and presenting the truth can be very tricky. Share as if you are so pleased to have learned this new idea, not "gotcha with this fact, you dumb so-and-so." Everyone of us has holes in our knowledge base. It's very threatening to be presented with a situation where the holes are visible. When a colleague helps fill your knowledge hole gently, both win - and the client wins. And then the colleague and you can help fill each others' knowledge holes from henceforth. Nice when it works this way, and worth striving for. Still haven't duplicated a shirt yet this month, although some had to come out of retirement and serve duty again. Dayton, OH
