Only those in cultures who have *learned* to associate manipulation of the nipples with sex. Not in the vast majority of places where breasts play absolutely no role in sex. You can also *learn* to be turned on by toe sucking. This doesn't make it "natural" or "for all people". Nature >in her wisdom would have also made men aware of this. Amazing then that most men in most cultures don't realize this! Kissing is also virtually unknown in many places, and/or people think it is disgusting. Somehow there must be a way to >balance everything...acknowledging our sexuality and rejoicing in the wondrous ability of our >breasts to make milk. Well, I agree with this 100%. It's when a culture's focus on breasts as sex objects way overshadows their biological function, leading to millions of women getting breast augmentation surgery and millions more wishing they could because they don't feel their breasts are big enough or perky enough, and women being criticized for nursing in public, or being too shy to nurse in public, and women being accused of deriving sexual pleasure from nursing their 4 year olds, etc. -- that's when I think we need to realize/remember that there is nothing inherently/biologically sexual about breasts. If we can keep in our minds the idea that breasts are first and foremost for feeding children, and if we can enjoy the fact that we can learn to derive sexual pleasure from them without it interfering in breastfeeding, then that's fine by me........Off my soapbox, which is getting worn out from all the climbing up and down.....
