Pat Bull's story about different cream content and pumps used at different
times may have created an expectation that is faulty. We need to remember
that cream levels vary in a diurnal rhythm-like pattern throughout the 24
hr day. Thus it is possibe that the changes observed by the nurse were a
reflection of that INDEPEDNENT of the pump the mother used.
