What kind of effect do hormones produced during lactation have on ligaments
and tendons? Do you have any references?

I've never heard this, and would like to learn more. I must say I'm
particularly interested because I've had such problems in my thumbs, elbows
and knees, and they began when I first started lactating. None of the
health professionals I've consulted have ever suggested there might be some
connection.
