I am a mother/baby nurse who has become the "breastfeeding expert" for our hosptial, and I plan to sit the exam when I have legitimately met all the requirements. Although I have grown more tolerant of being excluded in most discussions about nurses, in particular my specialty, where pronouns are used, I do feel the need to voice my response. Unfortunately, the English language does not provide a neuter pronoun, but I urge you to adopt one of the mechanisms to overcome it (he/she, s/he, he or she, they, etc.). Thank you! Jeffrey S.
