Since the weight check had not been done for a month, what about either
weighing the baby every couple of days to monitor progress or, if available,
use the accurate electronic scales to do pre- and post-feed weights so that
intake can be documented.  If the baby is consuming an adequate amount of
milk and still not growing, then this kid needs more than just
supplementation.  In fact, giving supplements might mask a more serious
condition.
