Regarding recent comments on the LAM.  Isn't it important to specify that
when we say the baby is <<exclusively breastfed>> this means *no stretches of
more than five hours* without breastfeeding?  Apparently some <<exclusively
breastfed>> babies (not mine, of course!) sleep longer than five hours at
night, and it was my understanding that this could kick the ovulation back
on, making this a very important distinction to impress upon any mother who
is considering using this method in the first six months.
