From: Becky Behre When I began having migraines with my first pregnancy I started reading up on them in my oooooold nursing books. One thing that caught my eye was that dehydration can be a triggering factor. Since I was working and didn't have time to eat, drink or potty, it was really a factor in my case. I bagan carring a water jug close by during hot days and since then have had many few migraines. I don't think I have had one in a couple of years and not at all in my last pregnancy. (Knock wood!)
