Dear Lactnet Friends: Were these exclusively breastfed babies who flowed into feeding themselves solids? Were the foods they were offered whole foods , and not processed foods full of sugar, salt and chemicals? I remember a study from a long time ago where children (toddlers) were allowed to eat what they wanted and over the course of a week, ate a balanced meal. As far as I can remember, they had whole foods to eat? Were these babies in families where adult food habits led to overeating? Humans are way more complicated than one study! warmly, -- Nikki Lee RN, BSN, Mother of 2, MS, IBCLC, CCE, CIMI, ANLC, CKC Reviews Editor,* Clinical Lactation* www.nikkileehealth.com https://www.facebook.com/nikkileehealth *Communications are confidential and meant only for whom they are addressed.* *********************************************** Archives: http://community.lsoft.com/archives/LACTNET.html To reach list owners: [log in to unmask] Mail all list management commands to: [log in to unmask] COMMANDS: 1.
