I came across this blog post today while searching for definitions of "silo" in its 21st century expanded use.

I think it is high time for the concept of "emerging from our silos" to be examined within the maternal child care community. 


How many, many silos we have, that often lead to some degree of "fracture" imposing upon the care of mothers and their infants.
