I too was puzzled by the disappearance of Inside Tracks, usually found on ILCA's website, listed in a tidy all-in-one page, where you could see what subjects were available, when they were written, and then print your selection. Turns out that now you can find them by going under the ILCA members section, then going to the "JHL portal", then search for "Inside Tracks". Takes several steps and minutes to get to them now. Unfortunately, you can only access one Inside Track at a time, and it's in journal format. You have to know what subject is there to be able to look for it. If you hit print, you waste a page of paper because there's a journal "cover sheet". It's all very annoying. For now, none of the Spanish versions are available as they are being re-translated. This is supposed to be part of an improvement so that you could email a PDF of the Inside Track to a client. Also, the person at JHL that handles them does not have access to the ILCA member section, so there's a disconnect. I've really appreciated having some of the Inside Tracks as handouts, and was using them frequently. Rather cumbersome access now.
