I used to have a model that worked well but can't use it any more because of policies against latex----I took a small balloon, filled it with water and tied it off.  I then took a #25 needle and made four or five holes in the end away from the tied off part.  As long as I kept the holes facing upright it didn't leak.  A bit of pressure in the appropriate place and voila!
