It is possible to have a supernumerary nipple right above the nipple and they also frequently look like moles. I would advise she sees someone with experience with supernumerary nipples, such as a breast surgeon. I also would not, personally, want a dermatologist cutting my breast, and would feel more comfortable with a breast surgeon doing that.
