I agree with Gonneke. I would want the mom/baby in continous STS, and if baby had not fed in about 2 hrs, I would suggest expressing colostrum for spoon feeding. I would expect the baby would cue and feed within 12 hrs, all the while doing STS and the spoon feeding every couple hours. Definitely by 24 hrs if not asking to feed, I agree the baby needs to be checked out thoroughly.
