I was really disappointed when Medela decided it was no longer going to continue renting pumps to LLL Leaders so that they could loan them to local mothers for a small profit, the money going to support their LLL Groups. I was really annoyed when Medela decided it was no longer interested in working with IBCLCs in private practice but would concentrate on supplying the big box stores. I was really upset when Medela decided it would no longer comply with the WHO Code. I am completely disgusted that Medela is now using incorrect and incomplete information to sell its CALMA teats. Medela has lost all credibility in my eyes.
