Our hospital is getting ready to make major changes in where we physically place babies immediately after delivery and how we manage breastfeeding. I would like to get a sense of how other hospitals are teaching/ applying what we know about biological nurturing, the breast crawl and skin-to-skin beginning immediately after delivery. What are you teaching mothers and staff? What barriers have you identified and how did you overcome them?
