I am working with a mom of a premature infant (29 weeks)who has done a
fantastic job with establishing and maintaining a full milk supply. Baby has
been having issues with reflux and is now doing wonderfully on all beastmilk
feeds most of which are directly at the breast. Baby is now 38wk adjusted
and will be discharged soon. Mom was planning on weaning before going back
to work in early November but now feels like it would be beneficial to both
her and baby to continue (yeah!). Her problem is, she is a pilot and has no
place to store her milk long term. Most of her trips are 3 days in length.
She thought she could pump and dump the first days and then keep the last
day in a cooler. She said she can not keep anything stored on the planes
fridge. Does any one have suggestions I could pass on to her?

Thanks.
