Sorry 'bout that :) I still don't understand why a paed. who uses charts would be in the least concerned about the weight of this baby, though, still less expect a baby on the 9th centile to gain 6-8 ounces in a week....which by my reckoning would put the baby on the 25th centile at 6 weeks. Nothing wrong with that, as this sort of centile change does happen in healthy babies, but it's not something that needs to happen.
