how about referring to the American College of Radiologists position paper "Breastfeeding and the use of Contrast Agents" 2001 in which they review the literature and state that they find it safe to bf without interuption. it's pretty compelling if you are a radiologist. google it. Also, lactMed is the new federally funded NIH e-database, and makes the same interpretation of the literature, that interuption is not warranted by the evidence. google it. it is the pdr/mfctr insert that calls for interuption. Bartuck and Akus 2007, find that the PDR recommendations are out of step with other sources.
