Hi  Julie.  I don't know of that one but the RDA recently came out with a 
statement that babies fed formula should receive ready made as opposed to 
reconstituted due to excessive flouride. If reconstituted, bottled water 
without flouride should be used.  Another reason to breastfeed!  Carolyn
