There is a step about it in the 10 Steps for Breastfeeding that is on the AAP site and this is geared towards the Pediatric office. I do believe that I have seen it on the Model Hospital Policies also. Does your hospital have the cafeteria open for the employees on nights or weekends? Promote it as a service for the hospital to provide employee satisfaction and also healthier children which will mean less time off for employees.
