Hello! Are there research studies to support the use of cold instead of heat (or vice cersa) to treat engorgement? As this is a controversial subject, I would love to know if anyone has a reference for this information. Most texts mention the physiology of engorgement and engorgement complicated by edema. Is there support in the literature? Your comments are welcomed in advance.
