Greetings! My name is Michelle Beers and I am a nurse and IBCLC in a small hospital in Indiana. Since beginning our lactation program in May, we have started taking small steps in the direction of becoming more breastfeeding friendly. I know it will be a long process, but I'm hopeful that our unit will become more "pro-family" as well as pro-breastfeeding! To give a little info on myself...I'm a very happily married mom of 3...1 boy and 2 girls, ages 6 yrs, 5 yrs, and 9 mos. I am writing today to ask for help/direction in making a hyperbilirubinemia policy for our breastfed infants. I would be most grateful for your help! Thank you all for sharing your wealth of knowledge! Sincerely, Michelle Beers, RN, IBCLC [log in to unmask] *********************************************** To temporarily stop your subscription: set lactnet nomail To start it again: set lactnet mail (or digest) To unsubscribe: unsubscribe lactnet All commands go to [log in to unmask] The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(R) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
