It's warm, sterile , full of white blood cells etc - and it clears out that snot well. Would this be true for an older baby with a cold? To use breast milk to help clear the sinus passages? My 17 mos old has a mild cold/possibly allergies and has a lot of clear mucous. Am thinking of trying some breast milk to clear her up, or is this unsafe for some reason? Thanks for another "helpful hint" with breastmilk :) Renee Drake RN CLC *********************************************** To temporarily stop your subscription: set lactnet nomail To start it again: set lactnet mail (or digest) To unsubscribe: unsubscribe lactnet All commands go to [log in to unmask] The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(R) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
