Hmmm...actually, most people DO up and get a snack in the mall. That's
why the food courts are big business there. Breastfeeding is eating
lunch. You have confused eating lunch with eliminating waste. 
One assumes that you do not confuse eating your own lunch with
eliminating your own waste.>
