I had one of the first versions of The Complete Book of Breastfeeding in the 1980's. It was pretty standard back then (example: women who nurse past a year have emotional problems).

I read the latest edition from our public library a few years ago and thought is was ok. It is more dryly written than my personal favorite, The Womanly Art of BF. But Eiger has a good chapter on working and BF. If I remember right it has one woman's schedule of how she does it. Very detailed. Maybe not the best information on the variety of breast pumps.

I think this book is ok, especially for women who just want information and not all the parenting stuff that is in the WAB or Dr. Sear's books.

Check your public library and see if they have it.
