I'm guessing this has nothing to do with breastfeeding, actually.  Isolated
premature thelarche (premature breast development) is not terribly
uncommon.  Usually, an evaluation to make sure there are no other
manifestations of precocious puberty is performed, and if not, usually
these kids do well, and breast development does not continue to progress
until natural puberty.
I've seen this in formula fed kids, too.
